The BodyWair1 application facilitates near real-time audio and video streaming over Wi-Fi or cellular networks. It supports up to four concurrent devices in a single call, allowing users to seamlessly switch between the front (FaceTime) camera and the rear (iSight) camera. The app provides options to save recordings, view saved videos, and resend recordings as needed. Users can select the desired camera quality and bandwidth settings, and monitor the connection status of other participating devices. Designed primarily for iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, BodyWair1 enables near-live video streaming, transmitting both camera video and microphone audio at selected quality levels with minimal delay. Unlike traditional video conferencing solutions that reduce video quality to achieve ultra-low latency (under one second), BodyWair1 maintains higher video quality at the expense of increased latency, typically six seconds or more. It is important to note that this is not a conventional camera app that records footage for later upload; rather, it streams live content, necessitating a stable wireless connection for optimal performance.

The application employs self-configuring networking technology to deliver video content to multiple devices simultaneously. Streaming can occur locally via shared Wi-Fi hotspots or globally over internet Wi-Fi or cellular networks. Any device involved can send and receive video streams concurrently with multiple participants, enhancing collaborative communication capabilities.
